In the apparatus, one indicates some main components which are: 1. Gyroscope; 2. Container or capsule containing the gyroscope; 3. Electrodes used to provide power to the gyroscope; 4. Laser emitter; 5. Laser receiver; 6. Gate circuit; 7. Frequency or time counter; 8. Time counter.
