2 Figure 1 Schematic View of TLR7-TLR8-TLR9 Subfamily and Their Ligand Binding Sites All members of the TLR7-TRL8-TLR9 subfamily possess the Z-loop (red strings) in the leucine rich repeat (LRR). Z-loop processing is required for activation of these TLRs. Guanosine and uridine-rich ssRNA bind to the first and second site of TLR7, respectively.
