Figure 1 Digital subtraction venography of the left forearm performed with 8 mL of gadoterate meglumine (Gd-DOTA) shows an adequately sized cephalic vein from his median part, whereas the basilic vein is small. Note that the last part of the cephalic vein seems to have a stenosis with correct filling on next images (see Figure 2). Surgical performance of a radiocephalic fistula on medium part of the forearm with a good evolution after one month.
