16 My Process for AP Module
We have two different types of invoices that are paid: Vendor invoices – Split by expense sharing agreement or specific usage (Intercompany Module is used for this). We have an approval process for these invoices to be approved by management. 40% of monthly invoices Brokerage invoice – Billed to specific entities (no Intercompany Module) manually checked and approved by trading assistants. 60% of monthly invoices

17 My Process for AP – Summary
Receive invoices from vendors daily. Monday & Wednesday: Prepare coversheet showing the entity paying invoice and how the expense is split among entities Enter invoice into weekly batches. Wednesday: Seek invoice approval from appropriate managers to pay invoices due that week. Thursday: Print checks…upload safe pay files to banks. Friday: Checks are signed by CFO/Owners and mailed out.
