In the action Plan:
Need to formulated responses- to execution strategies to implement the institutional capacity building.
Or to identify actions addressing the cause effect to issues faced in the City Planning or Natural disaster and settlements in the city.
Identify problem analysis cause effect- focus on the time to implement these projects.SMART(simple,measureable,Reliable,Timely)
Good that action plan is to develop capacity of individual planners/ staffs in the Honiara City Council.
