No one may open the door (unless I ask you to)...If you open the door with out permission, you will receive a referral.
No one may use the back door (it is only for emergencies)

Realize that there is a fine line/time and place between joking/playing around AND disrespect/bullying
When I address the class with my hand up every needs to be silent.
