We have notice there have been ongoing problems with communication lacking professionalism within our office. It seems we have forgotten how to write a professional Due to lack of communication skills and unprofessionalism, it has come to my attention that change needs to occur. Hidden humor and slang does not represent our company if you do not agree, then this job is not for you. It has come to my attention that s from this company are lacking professionalism and efficiency. Effective immediately, the next complaint that we get about our s being unprofessional there will be consequences

From our observations we have noticed our companies lack in ability to correctly use written communication. We are using s inappropriately, have an incorrect tone, using humor and sling, and not proofreading. Consequences will be delivered to those who choose to not attend this meeting without prior communication Effective today, we will be implementing a new style for responding to s in a professional way It has come to my attention that employees in this office we are having a slight issue with employee communication. To give you employees a nudge in the right direction, I have made quick list that I would like you to apply in your next . There has been a lot of inappropriate use of the work and from now on that will not be allowed

4 sections: To, From, Date, Re: Normally in ALL CAPS followed by a colon Double Spaced Can have a line to separate Body is single spaced Use of bullets in indented and single spaced Does not require a signature as normally ed
