Why is this topic a problem?
Obesity rates are very high: only 1 in 3 children are physically active daily 45% children from poverty= overweight How you feel inside Parents stem to children Physical stems down to other aspects of well-being

Explain the Goal “Improve health-related quality of life and well-being for all individuals.” Four Goals: The first overarching goal was to increase quality of life Promoting the quality of life Healthy development Health behavior across all stages

Nation’s Objective “Increase the proportion of adults who self-report good or better physical health” Report 2010: 78.8% reported better health from 2000 Goals: Increase reported better health in 2020 to 79.8% Location: Metropolitan ( 79.6%) vs. Non-metropolitan (74.8%) Sex: Male (82.5%) vs. Female (75.4%) Disability: Activity Limitations (38.2%) vs. No activity limitations (87.3%) Physical, Mental, Social well-being are all measured

In 2010, it was reported that 78.8% adults had increased their physical health. Target: 79.8% To reach further than the target: Physical well being Mental well being Social well being 0:44 - 1:14 | 1:31 - 2:15 | 3:06 - 3:35
