How To Use Consta Mobile

2. To configure data setting with Consta Mobile sim
When you use Consta Mobile sim for the first time, you will automatically receive data settings. later on you can always renew settings at constamobile.com.
To change settings manually, refer to your handset instructions and change the following
Access point name (APN) > send.ee

travelling to japan or south korea?
For Japan and South Korea your mobile phone should be 3G compatible. For the rest of the world - if your phone works at home it will work abroad (it should be compatible with GSM 800/850/900/1800/1900).

3. How to activate your Consta Mobile sim
Before your activation please don’t insert Consta Mobile Sim card.
1. You can download our application on Google playstore & Itune app store.
2. Or you can download the app through the QR code.

Consta Mobile sim works only in unlocked mobile phones. If your mobile phone has been purchased from your GSM operator as part of a package deal, it is likely that Consta Mobile sim will not work in it. For using Consta Mobile sim while abroad you will need to get unlocked phone.

5. register account on Consta Mobile app
1. Choose your home country from the dropdown list.
2. Enter your phone number ( without your country code)

6. verify your phone number
Enter the 4 digit verification code.
2. Click on ‘Submit’ button.
# Please note on android phones the verification code SMS is read automatically. In this case the app automatically proceeds to the next screen.

7. Validate your simcard
There are two options to activate your sim card. To validate your sim please choose one of these options.
1. Scan QR code. (See page 7)
2. Enter sim card number manually. (See page 8)

8. activate sim card by using qr
To scan the QR code printed on your sim, click on ‘Start Scanning’ button.

9. activate sim by using sim number
To validate your sim card by using sim card number, please enter the sim card number.

10. Divert all calls to your local sim
1. Before you activate please insert your home country simcard.
2. Dial *21*xxxxxxxxxx# from your phone.
3. Click on activate button.
* Dial This Number From your phone, then Click Activate Button.

11. conf igure data settings
*Insert your Consta Mobile sim.
I. For Android phone
Data settings are received automatically. Please ensure the Data Roaming is enable. In case didn’t received automatic configuration please follow II. for manual process.
Ii. For I-phone
Mobile Data Settings
Go to Settings > Mobile. Turn on Data Roaming.
Go to ‘Mobile Data Network’ in the same menu.
Reset Settings & type send.ee in APN under Mobile Data.
Enter 11 digit Sim Number in Username & leave rest of the fields blank

13. deactivate roaming services
*Before you deactivate please insert your home country sim card.
To deactivate your roaming service you have to click on going home button. Dial #21# from your phone. Open Consta Mobile application. Click on deactivate button.
