A, Overall, the IPAF cohort survival was significantly worse than the CTD-ILD cohort (P < .001) and marginally better than the IPF cohort (P = .07). B, After stratification of the IPAF cohort according to the presence of a UIP pattern on high-resolution CT imaging and/or surgical lung biopsy, patients with IPAF but without UIP demonstrated survival similar to those with CTD-ILD (P = .45), whereas those with UIP exhibited survival similar to those with IPF (P = .51).
