3 In translation In English: the nominative is ‘who’
The genitive is ‘whose’ or ‘of whom’ In all other cases use ‘whom’

Italia est bella terra quam videre desidero. They neglect the men whose deeds were great. Neglegunt viros quorum facta magna fuerunt.
