1. Grofar – Tutor Guide

2. Logging on Go to www.grofar.com and click on “Grofar Login”
Your username should be your staff and you will have chosen your password – click “Forgot password” if need be

3. Find your students
There are two locations in Grofar that you can see a table and summary of your students 1) Go to the Dashboards section of Grofar, then click on the second tab Tutor Dashboard and in the drop down menu select your Tutor Group 2 1 3

4. Find your students In the Tutor Dashboard you can see:
Summary graphs of what skills your students have been working on, how much of their Action Plans they have completed and if they have achieved any of their goals for the year.
Table listing each student and details about their careers provision including:
How complete their Action Plan is, how many hours of careers provision they have had so far, how many businesses they have interacted with, how many careers activities they have taken part and when they las accessed Grofar.
You can click on the student’s name in the table to be taken to their full profile (the student’s passport) or you can click View Plan or + Create Plan to view/edit their Action Plan

5. Find your students
2) The second way to find your students or search for a particular student is to go to the Students section in Grofar (the apple)
To find a student write their name in the search box and click search
To get your tutor group listed in the table, you will need to click Filter and filter the table by Form Group

6. Student Passport
When look at the table of Students – you can click on any student’s name top open up their full passport
In the student passport you will see at the top of the page each section of the passport labelled in the tabs - To view their Action plan, click on this tab
To write 121 meeting notes, click on Careers Activity, then select + Add Activity, fill in the form and select One to One Meeting – once the activity is created there will be a section to add One to One Notes
NOTE: Students have access to their Action Plan and a list of their careers activity and meetings (including the meeting notes) in their student portal

7. Support
To learn more about Grofar and how to use this software, click on the “Support” button in the top right corner in Grofar
In the support site, type in the search bar your question or section you would like extra help in
