This exam as a CLOSED BOOK exam – that means you will NOT have the book in front of you during the exam. Because of this, we need to learn quotes. For each chapter we have read so far find two important quotes. Using a page in your books display these quotes in a way that will help you remember them – memory techniques include using colour and pictures etc. Remember – you need to be able to analyse language for the exam, so quotations that you can explode for a 5 star paragraph are best. Last time we did this was for chapter 5 – now find quotes for chapters 6-8.
