1. Time planning Prelim Preparation
Collect blue, green, red & black pen, planning booklet, 2012 exam paper & a piece of lined paper.
Sit at a desk by yourself.

2. Learning Intentions:
1.2 Preparing the dishes according to the recipes.

3. What does a good time plan look like?
Colour coded recipes with a key.
Space between each entry.
Logical plan with abbreviated tasks.
Do not copy out the recipe.
Use minimum of 10 minute timeslots.
Include personal hygiene prep, collecting resources, preheating oven, cooking times, tasting & seasoning, refrigeration, warming dishes, tidy as you go, washing up, presentation, serving the dishes.

Pavlovas– red pen
