2. What to Expect Two committees will report at each meeting
Short overview by committee chair (3-5 minutes)
Clarifying questions from ACI (45 minutes)
Please read the reports ahead of time.

3. Protocols for Questions
In respect for time, please limit comment to clarifying questions
Remember that you represent your school or community group
In order to have an opportunity for questions to be answered:
Follow the “2-minute/2-question” rule
Time permitting, a 2nd round of questions may occur

4. What to Expect
Reports are presented to the Board as written and presented to ACI
Reports with recommendations:
Votes are taken after Q&A
Elementary Schools and Community Organizations (1 vote)
Middle and High Schools (2 votes)
You must be present to vote

5. ACI Etiquette Remember, everyone is a volunteer:
Please be respectful of committee time and effort—even if you disagree with their approach or recommendations.
Limit your input to questions or helpful suggestions.

6. End of Year Priority ranking of recommendations
By all members
Presented to the School Board in May
School Board Work Session in May with Committee Chair(s), Staff Liaison, ACI Co-Chairs
