7. The role of professors is changing along with changes in the environment.
There is no monopoly on knowledge because we are an open-source knowledge-sharing society.

8. Sharing knowledge is not enough on its own to prepare learners to succeed in the workplace.
We need to create an environment for learners to actually learn.

9. I believe that professors have the primary obligation to develop a sound philosophy, and learners have the right to know the professors’ feelings about the transmission of knowledge, or their teaching philosophies.
