Status to date:
Preliminary technical investigations and clarifications to prepare IPCWLMS implementation: Done
Work on legacy reclassification: on-hold until Residual Working Lists produced by IPCWLMS are analyzed
IPCWLMS Implementation started on November 2018
Infrastructure and Simulation on IPC
Transfer of IPCRECLASS functionality: just started

5. Main outcomes of the IPCWLMS- 2019.01 Simulation testing
No concrete example was found which proved the non-compliance of the simulation with the agreed Distribution Algorithm (see project CE 492 Annex 18)
Nevertheless, issues related to consequences of its application or from missed requirements in the simulation reports were reported
Thus it is proposed that the IB will further proceed the development of IPCWLMS
An additional iteration of testing based on recent update of DOCDB XML and improved simulation reports may occur on volunteering Offices demand

Q1 2019: Testing of New WL distribution algorithm + WL files simulation
IPCWLMS Implementation phase 2: Q4 2019
