Summary Forms What you use to send in contributions!
The summary form – in either the detailed or abbreviated version – is the most important form you’ll use during the campaign. It’s the form you use to send in RP contributions. Think of it like a deposit slip for your own checking account. When you want checks put into your account, you use a deposit slip to tell the bank which checks are included in the deposit and which account should receive credit. When filling out the summary forms (abbreviated is the simplest and can be used for most situations), please include the donor’s full name, member or contributor number, donation amount to be credited and any special notes that will help us process the check correctly.

Full Circle Deadline 11/15 A $100 Contribution from Chapter Officers
Shows their commitment to Research Doing what they ask of others Deadline Please note the new deadline of November 15th!! While you do earn PAOE points for this, more importantly, you and your Chapter’s Officers are sending the message that a) the chapter supports Research b) they’re not asking from others (members or companies) for something that they themselves are not willing to do. The Full Circle form must be completed and sent in either with all the Officers checks or with their donation information, i.e. paid with dues, paid online, etc. 11/15

You’re not doing this alone! Or, at least, shouldn’t be!
Volunteer Committee You’re not doing this alone! Or, at least, shouldn’t be! Past RP Chairs Past & Current BoG Members “John, the Golf Guy” Don’t feel that, as the RP Chair, you’re doing the entire RP Campaign by yourself. Include other chapter members and let them help you. ASK for help with specific time commitments and duties. I.e. “Can I count on your help in making donor calls? You would be calling 5 chapter members who have given before and asking them for their continued support. It shouldn’t take any longer then 30 minutes total.” If someone enjoys an activity and they do it well, like “John the Golf Guy”, let them do it.

What? When? Why? Campaign Timeline
This oversized timeline (found behind the “Learn About the Campaign” tab in your training manual) is a great pull out to help you plan activities and shows how your activities, the RVC’s activities and Headquarters' activities all work together. While you don’t have to follow it exactly, it will give you a good idea of when certain things are due and what Headquarters will be doing to support the RP Campaign. Campaign Timeline
