Field Number Mandatory Field Name Guidance 1 Deal Registration Type Select the end-customer’s agreement type: BYOL or Bundled. A BYOL (“bring your own license” or unbundled) solution is a deal in which the solution is deployed on the customer’s license from Microsoft, not the partner’s. A “bundled” agreement is one in which the end customers’ solution is deployed on the partner’s license from Microsoft. 2 Partner Revenue Enter the partner’s total contract value – inclusive of software, services, and support but excluding hardware – for the entire length of the contract. Please do so in the currency indicated to the right. 3 Contract Signed Date The date the partner signed its contract with the end customer. Note: this win registration must be completed in Partner Sales Connect within 3 months of contract signature date. 4 Contract Term Length Select whether there is a fixed duration for this contract or if it is perpetual.

Field Number Mandatory Field Name Guidance 5 Contract Start/End Date If there is a fixed duration for this contract (selected in field 4), enter contract start and end dates as MM-DD-YYYY. This will be rounded to the nearest month, so don’t worry if it’s slightly off. 6 Deployed on Azure? By selecting “yes,” the partner confirms that the end customer intends to deploy this solution on Azure, not on premises or a competing cloud platform. 7 Digital Signature The partner should type his/her name exactly matching what is listed in parentheses to the right. 8 Product(s) At least one Azure app/solution must be added to the win registration before submitting. Click the Products tab to add one. 9 Save Once registration is complete, click Save

Field Letter Optional Field Name Guidance A Second (Third) Partner Name [Partner-to-Partner] Use this field to highlight multi-partner deals. For example, If other partners, such as a systems integrator, CD partner, MSP, or ISV, are included in this contract, optionally indicate up to two additional partners in these fields. If there were more than two, choose the two that contributed the greatest monetary value to the deal. B Second (Third) Partner Revenue Contribution [Partner-to-Partner] Optionally, enter an approximation of the portion of the deal’s revenue attributed to the other partner(s) indicated in field(s) A. C Partner Comments Optionally, use this field to provide additional information about this deal to the audit team. D Attachment Optionally, attach any supporting documents you believe will assist the audit team, such as an invoice or contract.

Co-sell flag determines if Microsoft and partner will be collaborating to land that deal. Whether a deal is co-sell or not is determined by Microsoft . Click on header of any text column to sort deals in ascending or descending order Search across all text columns View up to 150 results per page Deal Registration status Deal Registration type

Deal Registration—help and tips
If you see a deal that is “pending” deal registration status in the “Open” tab, then you have not completed the registration process and must open the deal and click “Close as Won” on the bottom left. Digital signature: EXACTLY how it is spelled in parentheses Product not located: Make sure that the product you are looking for is in OCP Catalog as “IP” and Co-sell ready. Registration Status Definition Pending This deal is waiting for audit team to validate **A deal will remain pending if: -CoSell = No -The deal is not “Closed as Won” -If all data on slide 46 is not filled out completely -Audit team is waiting for clarification from the partner Approved This deal has passed validation Rejected The deal does not qualify for the Incentive. You should receive an from Audit explaining why.
