4 Route Changes No changes for any SCLS routes
Our 4 Intersystem Routes may see some changes THIS YEAR as we evaluate collaboration efforts statewide. Eau Claire Green Bay Milwaukee Platteville Wausau** Adams, Portage, & Wood counties

5 Frequency of Delivery For SCLS member libraries, there are no changes to frequency We have the capacity to increase all members to 5-day service if desired: Volume changes due to coming online With greater frequency, there is some added costs to county formulas to consider

6 Expected Cost Increases:
Rent at 1601 Gilson (modest 1%) Lease has been extended Contracted Services At least 3% is expected Insurance Change in carrier has lowered our premium slightly Supplies Individual Wages Wages have increased 1-1.2% each year for the last 5 years Individual Health/Dental

7 Preparing for 2020 Delivery will prep a budget that evaluates fee increase Last year: Zero, 1, & 2 LSTA Received on the last day of 2018 Late process, but we are counting on it for 2020 UW Contract Significant portion of our overall funding Year-to-year Looking for savings on this as part of PLSR implementation

8 Volume Down 2.9% or 350k (was up 2.4% in 2017)
2018 System Volume: 11,808,100 Down 2.9% or 350k (was up 2.4% in 2017) Lowest volume since 2008
