Repair cracks in the Main Pool
Remove and replace all existing concrete coping and waterline (Main Pool)
Inspect the remaining bed for any deterioration and inform client of any additional repairs required to prepare the bed for new installation. (Main Pool)
Replace all recirculation covers (bottom drains.)(Main pool)
Power wash both pool interiors, acid clean, apply white epoxy base paint
Options/Alternatives 
Repair skimmer scuppers at waterline of the main pool (No charge)
Expand the scope of paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 above to include the Wading Pool
Provide and Install a handicap lift
