Stage 1 Initiation, Specification and Design Stage 2 Storyboard (Content Plan) Stage 3 Build, Review and Sign Off Stage 4 Upload, Live and Comms Many of our projects require post live evaluation. This can be in the form of surveys, and focus groups. Sometimes, it is a requirement to have a pilot project period before pushing out the project to national. E.g. Volunteer passport – Pennine – possible national project. Stage 5 Evaluation @NHS_HealthEdEng @HEE_TEL This Photo by Unknown Author is licensed under CC BY-SA

Assessment Examples The use of formal assessments may not always be appropriate within content but where it aids learning, informal knowledge checks can be used Assessment can be added within the learning content or as a separate session so that the learner is required to complete the learning first. @NHS_HealthEdEng @HEE_TEL

Certificates Learners can download a certificate of completion for all of our content hosted on the e-LfH Hub Certificates are only available at programme and course level and the structure of the content can be developed with this in mind @NHS_HealthEdEng @HEE_TEL

Evaluation Once the content is launched, e-LfH offers the ability to measure the degree to which learners find the training favourable, engaging and relevant to their jobs by the user of an evaluation survey that follows Kirkpatrick level 1 principles. Each survey can be tailored to your specific content. Also available as standard throughout the e-LfH Hub is the ability for the users to provide generic feedback on each session and star ratings for the different aspects of each session. This information is then visible to all Hub users @NHS_HealthEdEng @HEE_TEL

Surveys For more structured feedback, a survey can be added to the content

Reporting Activity Post content launch, project leads and content authors will be given the ability to run their own reports to track the success and uptake of their content. @NHS_HealthEdEng @HEE_TEL
