ICER (Cost per QALY Gained) by Duration of Time in Model Changes in the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) over the first 20 years after initiation of either sacubitril-valsartan or enalapril. The earliest measured ICER is at 3 years, which is the duration of follow-up observed in PARADIGM-HF. ICER = incremental cost-effectiveness ratio; PARADIGM-HF = Prospective Comparison of ARNI With ACEI to Determine Impact on Global Mortality and Morbidity in Heart Failure; QALY = quality-adjusted life-year.
