Implementation requirements and estimates for the deployment of an Akraino Lab
Community members have provided BOM estimates
The TSC will finalize lab BOM and configuration details
Current budget estimate is shown below:

Cables and installation = ~$25k
Community members are prepared to donate hardware specific to their blueprints

NXP and Marvell
Additional funding will be required to install donated equipment
Board is encouraged to acquire additional donated equipment – especially newer servers to support blueprints

Initial estimate = ~$100k
Switches
Initial estimate = $25k
Reserve
Initial estimate = $25k
Lab equipment is expected to be in one rack.
Internal server storage will be leveraged
Total Estimate = $235k or more
