Morphology and T lymphocyte subsets of the mesenteric lymph node from an OM-transgenic mouse and lymphoid organs (thymus and mesenteric lymph node) from a nontransgenic littermate. Lymphoid cells were stained with antibodies against CD4 and CD8.
