Submitting paper to the European Commission in response to a call for observations regarding the enforcement op IP rights in Europe (in co-operation with other relevant Committee (s)
Follow-up of the European legislative efforts to introduce a common language regime and a unitary patent system via the enhanced co-operation procedure

8. How can LESI help the European committee ?
With continued support and feedbackreceived on the above projects
Clarify whether the EU entity that was under discussion will be set up or not. If so, define context and avoid duplication with the role of the EU Committee
