MH&WB asset lists have been created, shared with stakeholders and are on the school website.
MH&WB Whole School Statement now in place & on the school website. MH&WB Training has been offered and delivered to staff & information has been given to pupils via assemblies and parents at parents evenings.

Pupil Resilience groups – Year 7 & 11
Aims To equip young people with their own ‘invisible toolkit’ to support their own mental health and wellbeing Audience Pupils across all age-ranges Need Pupils currently experiencing poor mental health Mental health and wellbeing not currently covered in school Delivery Local Minds – five one-hour sessions delivered during lesson time Pupils have their own ‘Wellbeing Challenge’ booklet to take home, and created physical ‘Resilience toolkits’ to keep personal resilience items Ask in general what do they think of PR sessions? Were you engaged by the speaker (Jess or Adam)? Did you find the information useful? Have you thought about the info given in the sessions since? Universal intervention, for all staff/workforce
In the summer term we plan to present all staff with a Wellbeing Action Plan (WAP), as well as information booklets on discussing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace for staff and line managers

Currently looking at a ‘buddy system’ – to not put more pressures on line managers, and also if theres not a good relationship between member of staff and line manager.

4. School Workforce – Mental Health Training

5. Parent Engagement and Information
Aims Raise awareness and understanding of mental health and how to support family wellbeing. Provide resources to support the school to engage with parents. Peer-led wellbeing - Pupils
Peer-led Wellbeing - Pupils are inducted to facilitate wellbeing sessions based around the five ways to wellbeing Induction delivered by local Minds, for pupils across the age spectrum (not just one year group) Two full days of training – broken up as needed (7 x 1hr sessions) Delivered in the school Session attendance of approx. 15+ young people 1 member of staff to be Wellbeing Coordinator (1.5 hrs a week for debrief following activities)
