8. PERFORMANCE SPACE Took a campus-wide view of performance spaces
Two auditoriums remain on the campus (CVHS and the new Smoketown Elementary)
Similar to Junior High Athletics that compete on campus fields/gymnasiums
Coordinated scheduling of events
Conducting events differently than in the past – scope, location, time
Cafeteria and Gymnasium will be outfitted with sound systems/video systems; Learning Pods can be expanded

March 12 – May 1: Weekly Ed Spec Meetings with various faculty groups
June 19: Permit Set Issued
July 31: Bid Set and Specifications issued
August 29: Bids Received
September 16: Contract Awarded by Board
August, 2021: Building Occupied
