2 Microsoft 365 Plans In this video we will be discussing the different Microsoft 365 Business plans that are available, providing details to assist in when certain plans are appropriate for your requirements.

Microsoft 365 Business | Up to 300 Users Microsoft 365 Enterprise | Unlimited Users Office 365 Business Premium + Device Management & Security features Built in security capabilities to help guard against external threats like phishing attacks, unsafe attachments and malicious links Data protection across devices and apps to prevent sensitive information from intentionally or unintentionally leaking outside your business Easy Management of Windows 10 Pro PCs, so everyone in your business gets benefit of having the latest security updates and feature innovations Office 365 Enterprise + Advanced Device & Threat Management Intelligent security capabilities to protect, defend and react against external threats through identity & access management, advanced threat management and shadow IT tracking Automatic Classification & Labeling Advanced Data Governance and Compliance Tools Analytics and Dashboards Windows Enterprise management features: Device Guard, Credential Guard, App Locker, Enterprise Data Protection Microsoft 365 Business is the primarily plan for SMBs under 300 users. The plan builds on top of the Office 365 Business Premium offering, and adds device management and security features that target key scenarios for small and medium business customers. Microsoft 365 Enterprise plans are ideal for customers who have advanced device and threat management needs, or with seat counts above 300 users. Enterprise plans are available in both E3 and E5 options, and include Office 365, Windows 10 Enterprise, plus Enterprise Security and Mobility. To help you protect your sensitive business data, the following capabilities were added to Microsoft 365 Business: Data loss prevention policies to identify, monitor, and protect sensitive information such as social security and credit card numbers. Information protection in Outlook to manage access to sensitive data in s. For example, you can set encryption rules to prevent an from being forwarded, copied, or pasted into other programs. archiving and preservation policies to help ensure data is properly retained with continuous data backup and compliance. Add-ons are SKUs that can be added to an existing suite or service Business Essentials or Business Premium Microsoft 365 Business Office 365 Enterprise E3 Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3 Office 365 Enterprise E5 Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5 Security Advanced Threat Protection Add-on Included Office 365 Cloud App Security Advanced Compliance Threat Intelligence Analytics Workplace Analytics N/A MyAnalytics Power BI Pro Voice Audio Conferencing Phone System Calling Plan (Select countries) Add-on Phone System Required This table highlights some of the Office 365 add-ons that can be used in conjunction with Microsoft 365 Business. The main thing to note with this list is that Microsoft 365 Business can’t be paired with Phone System and Calling Plans that are available for E3 plans, but that other add ons can be used. It’s also worth noting that due to the included value of the Microsoft 365 Business plan, it acts as a good starting plan that add-ons from the Office 365, Windows or Enterprise Mobility and Security can be added to. *Exchange Online Protection required for on-premises mailboxes.
