6. MMS engaged in professional learning this year around co-teaching and continue to improve in their ability to utilize the various stances of co-teaching as they become more comfortable working with their colleagues.  
MMS Early Release Book Study on Co-Teaching  
MMS next steps: various team use all 4 of the different co-teaching stances and share findings.
 Teachers who don’t have a co-teaching classroom will try some different things with their paraprofessionals they work with, as described in the readings.  
A follow-up and introduction to co-teaching training will occur in June 2017

Teachers have found ways to establish common planning times at least once a week.  
In some cases that means that they use the co-teaching 4 days a week and use the last day for planning.  
Kindra Johnson co-teaches 6 different classes (3 ELA and 3 Math) with 5 different teachers for all grade levels

Students from MMS coming to CCHS for Freshman year when appropriate
