Digital technologies starts to affect on the mechanism developed by previous two hundred years. Big data and cloud computing, artificial intelligence and cognitive systems, blockchain and crypto currency, data pipeline, the Internet of things, etc. form the innovative, accessible, and interoperable platform for consumers and traders, business and government. Function of the interaction between business partners, from delivering of goods to pay for them, takes care of the software in the Internet.

Technologies allow to link consumer and producer goods directly, to choose the method of delivery of goods, payment method, etc., i.e. to provide an increasingly effective response to consumer demand. The consumer becomes in charge of the process in chain "order-delivery-payment".
