Reminders
Homework this year is to practice math facts and read daily AND spend time with your family! Additional homework will be given from time to time to study for tests.
Objectives:
Reading: We will continue reading about topics through a variety of genres and formulating our own theories.  This will become the topic of our persuasive project that we will begin next week.
Language: -Students will edit and expand sentences and work on alphabetical order.        
Writing: Students will continue to work on their animal ecosystem fictional story and move into persuasive topics.      
Spelling Words: - shine, rush, bushel, cash, fresh, dash, shaggy, brush, marsh, shout, shift, shiny
Math: Students will be introduced to basic multiplication. Problem Solving/Graph Assessment - Wednesday
Science: Students will wrap up food chains. Assessment – Wednesday; Students will begin learning about butterflies.
Social Studies: Students will study economics this week.
Conference Time: 1:30-2:25
