The detail we require Mechanism of injury- is there something specific they associate with their injury, such as squatting down and suddenly getting knee pain after that incident. Or is it an insidious onset E.G. overhead activities started to get uncomfortable and are now painful. The date of onset/injury- We need this information to help with prioritisation. Is this their first acute episode or is it an acute flare up of a longstanding chronic condition? Caring, Learning and Growing
