(A) Western blot analysis for phospho-ERK in day-2 mouse EpiSC differentiation cultures treated with PD (PD) or PD Samples were loaded undiluted (1) or diluted 1:2 in loading buffer. (B) MD cultures of Sox1-GFP EpiSCs in the presence or absence of PD. Sox1-GFP reporter expression was analyzed by flow cytometry and the percentage of Sox1-GFP+ cells was determined from three independent cultures. Error bars indicate s.e.m.
