The Regulatory Reform Order (Fire Safety) 2005
Requires the responsible person to appoint sufficient number of staff to safely evacuate a building in the event of an emergency.
Its the responsibility of the company to evacuate any person with a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan. (PEEP) 11

A PEEP is for any staff or visitors who need it. It should take into account:-
Disabled persons movement within the building
Operational procedures
Types of escape that can be made available
Building systems i.e. Staged fire alarm
