4. Fire Prevention Some measures you can take are:
Adopt and maintain a ‘Good Housekeeping’ attitude
Only smoke in designated areas
Report failings in fire precautions
Do not allow rubbish to accumulate
Ensure combustible material is stored safely
Ensure access and exit routes are free from obstructions
Do not tamper with equipment provided to fight fire (e.g. using fire extinguishers as door stops)
