FD-TIG focused on applications in which self-interference cancellation (SIC) would be applicable
MAC changes would be the focus of the project.
Project can be done with minimal changes to the PHY
Probably define reserved bits in the header
Possibly FD-specific preamble
EHT
Many good presentations on FD with frequency division duplexing (FDD)
SIC may help FDD methods by reducing guard bands
