RESTORATIVE PRACTICES
For Restorative Practices to be explicit, We must actively integrate: Social Discipline Window – Working Together WITH a high level of control and support. Fair Process Working Together (Engagement) to allow voices to be heard (Explanation) to achieve our common goal (Expectation Clarity). Restorative Questions Working Together to have a common language. Psychology of Affect Working Together to separate the ‘deed from the doer.’
