foam concrete is normal concrete with bubbles of air inside
foam concrete is normal concrete with bubbles of air inside. Therefore it has the same characteristics with many additional advantages. CLC (foam concrete) blocks are used for building cottages, wall insulation in multistory buildings and internal partitions. Also CLC can be produced and poured for floors and roofs on-site. In roofs it can be used because of very good insulating and lightweight. For floors CLC offers faster installation and a less expensive option because of the flowing and self-leveling properties. The ingredients are cement, sand, water and foaming agent. The components are mixed in machine and in this mix added the foam that produced in special foam generator that attached to machine. The produced foam concrete pour into the special moulds for blocks or on the floor (roof) on the construction site. It poured by hose, that attached to machine.

RELIABILITY Foam Concrete is very long-lived material
RELIABILITY Foam Concrete is very long-lived material. After producing it in first 90 years it increases solidity. It does not decompose and is as durable as rock. RESISTANCE TO COLD AND WARMTH Foam Concrete is very effective isolating material. Buildings constructed from foam concrete are able to accumulate cold or heat, which allows to greatly minimizing conditioning or heating expenses. It is ideal material for countries with hot and cold climate and it is successfully used in Australia, India, Malaysia, Canada, Sweden, Russia and other countries.
4
MICROCLIMATE Foam concrete control air humidity in a room by absorbing and output of moisture during the day and night. Also in foam concrete houses is favorable average temperature during the day. For example if in the night temperature is about 0 Celsius and in the day about +50 the average temperature in the house will be about + 19 Celsius.
5
FASTER CONSTRUCTION Foam concrete blocks are lightweight, big sizes and high accuracy dimensions. It increases the construction speed for several times. Also it is easy to cut channels and holes for electrical wiring, sockets, and pipes. ACOUSTIC INSULATION Foam concrete has a high property of acoustical absorption. If foam concrete pouring to floor or roof if fill all holes and caves in construction and this is also increase acoustic insulation.
6
ECO-COMPATIBILITY Foam concrete does not produce any toxic substances and in its ecological compatibility is second only to wood. HIGH WORKABLE Foam concrete is a high workability material, so it is possible to build various shapes of corners, arches, pyramids, which will attach beauty and architectural expressiveness to your house.
7
BIG PROFIT Foam concrete allow to save big money not only during living in the house, but during the construction the house too. It is cheaper to deliver, to build, to make foundation for this house, to plaster, to drive a wires and sewerage tubes, to build various shapes of corners and arches. SUPERIOR FIRE RESISTANT Foam concrete extremely fire safe. For example foam concrete used in special fire safe vault. Tests show that foam concrete 150 mm width can protect from fire for 4 hours.
8
TRANSPORTATION SAVINGS Favorable combination of weight, volume and packaging makes foam concrete blocks convenient for transportation and allow use motor or railway transport. VARIETY OF USAGE Foam concrete use for producing construction blocks, thermal and acoustic insulation of roofs, floors, warming of pipes, production of collapsible blocks and panels of partitions in buildings, as well as floors and basements foam concrete of higher density.

Foam concrete is a type of porous concrete
Foam concrete is a type of porous concrete. According to its features and uses it is similar to aerated concrete. The synonyms are: 1. aerated concrete 2. lightweight concrete 3. porous concrete Foam concrete is created by uniform distribution of air bubbles throughout the mass of concrete. Foam concrete is produced by mechanical mixing of foam prepared in advance with concrete mixture, and not with the help of chemical reactions. Foam is prepared in special device – foam generator and after that mixing in special mixer. (consist from special mixer and foam generator mounting together).

Foam Concrete Benefits Foam concrete offers many unique benefits over other forms of concrete. Foam concrete benefits include: •Loadings on foam concrete sections not deflected into adjoining ground / structures •Will not break down when attacked by hydrocarbons, bacteria or fungi •Highly fluid material, suitable for pumping over long distances •Self-levelling, no vibration or compaction is required
11
•Highly resistant to damage by freeze / thaw cycle •Rapid, settlement-free construction •Good thermal insulation properties •Good energy absorbing properties •Insect and rodent-proof •Excellent fire-resistance •Environmentally sound •Energy Absorbing:

Advantages 1.Foamed Concrete (FC) blocks are lightweight and can be easily produced according to different densities wherever it is needed ( factory or on- site ) therefore saving in transportation cost. Is a cement based product and compatible with jointing mortar / plastering other parts of the concrete structure. 2.Due to its cellular structure, FC blocks has good heat insulation and high fire resistance. Buildings with FC blocks are much cooler compared to normal bricks. 3.FC blocks also has a lower water absorbtion compared to other types of lightweight blocks , uses less plaster and can be used for external walls.
13
4. Sound insulation and absorbtion is good for FC Blocks especially if the are used as internal walls / partitions. 5.FC blocks are light and just the right size so that construction and building rates are much faster. It is also more rigid and robust compared to other types of lightweight blocks and suitable for high rise buildings. 6.Less plastering and jointing mortar is used during construction ( since blocks are smoother & bigger than normal bricks ) providing a smoother wall finish at reasonable cost.

A Study Made on Foam Concrete
Effect of fly ash and silica fume on hardened properties of foam concrete In this study, the effects of foam content as well as fly ash and silica fume inclusion on some physical andmechanical properties of foam concrete, subjected to various curing regimes, were researched. Totally,forty-five series of foam concrete mixtures were prepared at three replacement levels of fly ash and silicafume (0, 10 and 20%, by weight of cement), at three foam contents (0, 31 and 47%, by volume) and at threecuring regimes (7- and 28-day standard water curing and autoclave curing). Density, water absorption, compressive strength and thermal conductivity values of the mixtures were determined on prismaticspecimens with dimensions of mm. The density (oven dry), water absorption, compressivestrength and thermal conductivity results of the foam concrete were found to be between 873–1998 kg/m3, 3.5–35.9%, 1.5–88.1 MPa and, 0.239–0.942 W/m.K, respectively. A balanced benefit with regard toboth compressive strength and water absorption of foam concrete was found in the mix with densityof 1320 kg/m3. Particularly in the mixtures having high foam content, silica fume introduction resultedin superior compressive strength values and greater compressive strength/thermal conductivity ratiosthan fly ash introduction.
