How Ryan Reacts To Stress
I sometimes get scared or nervous I freak out and rush what I do If I see something scary or unpleasant I scream I will sometimes yell

How Ryan Solve Stress I like to go outside and play basketball to get rid of stress I will sometimes sleep or listen to music I will eat my favorite food and drink my favorite drink. I will jump on my trampoline and play mini basketball.

How Ty Reacts and Solves Stress
He goes somewhere else from where the stress is He doesn’t want to act with stress unless I’m getting cornered by people with stress He uses five senses and hold something to focus on the object and not the stress For Example: He takes a water bottle and says in his head it’s, solid, smooth, smells like nothing, not going to taste it, he can hear a splash from the water, he sees it’s blue
