The pattern of alteration of HCQ, prednisolone and/or ISS drugs by physicians in a patient with a history of major organ involvement from their SLE (renal and neuropsychiatric) in clinical remission for 5 years with no evidence of current serological activity. The four scenarios vary according to the serological abnormality.
