They can ask questions and get replies. New customers When a customer has decided to buy a product from Auraportal, they can sign up for news from their specific area. For each customer/project one specific account can be made. Personalize the contact to the customer and help different employees solve problems. Existing customers CSR. News on software updates for the products that the customer has already acquired. C2C contact Customers that have acquired the same products from AuraPortal can help each on the matters of doubt.

3 Internal Problem solving / knowledge sharing Developers network CSR
Pick up on what customers ask for and what they would like the software to be able to do. Use twitter questions from customers and create a database which contains the request from users. This way knowledge from the CS department gets transferred to the developers team. CSR Internal problem solving. If an employee in AuraPortal is not able to help a customer then others within AuraPortal might be able to.
