FTZ- a designated area that eliminates traditional trade barriers, such as tariffs, and minimizes bureaucratic regulations Benefits Challenges Attracts new buisness Maximized savings Minimized company cost bidding wars sometimes erupt between competing governments

8 Medical Advancements (Impacts):
ECONOMIC -Healthier more skilled workers -Improves economic production -Growing populations - Expansion into fragile environments - Increased life expectancy -Decreased infant mortality rate Decrease in infection disease etc. ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIAL
