Number of research publications and academic outputs of the faculty members 6. Number of faculty members having Assistant/Associate/Professor title, 7. Extent of recognition or reputation of the faculty, 8. Percentage of students passing license test (registered nurses, teachers), 9. 6 Program Director’s job description
Supervise or mentor instructors teaching the courses in the program or departments, and ensure learning coordination to achieve the program objectives, Verify the student achievement of learning outcomes according to the TQF3, assessment evidence (or examination papers) and TQF5, Analyze TQF3/4 and TQF5/6 of the courses and the extent of learning outcomes achievement and report the performance in TQF7, Prepare the self-assessment report and evidence for Quality Assurance assessment of the program, Lead faculty and staff members to implement projects and activities per faculty action plan,

7 Faculty member’s job description
Teaching-learning and student development Teach undergraduate or/and postgraduate courses Plan and implement outcomes-based learning and assessment activities for the given courses Submit TQF3/4 (course plan) and TQF5/6 (course report) and learning outcomes assessment (midterm / final examination papers / assignments and scoring rubrics for other kinds of assessment) Provide guidance and counselling for the students to have and to exhibit moral and ethical characters as well as the evidence of achievement in terms of major learning outcomes Cooperate with other faculty or team members to implement projects and activities as per the faculty action plan

Research and other mission 6. Carry out an individual research project (survey or empirical research) in order to publish at least one research article in a scholarly peer-reviewed journal, 7. Contribute and participate in community service projects to provide academic training or consultancy that are appreciated by target audiences or community, 8. Encourage the students to actively involve in arranging Thai traditional or spiritual activities to promote community appreciation toward Thai culture.
