Reread the text of the ad. Who would this appeal to? How old are they? What is their education level? What is their economic status? What characteristics does the “target” audience possess? Does the ad appeal to those people?

- In your groups from earlier, choose one of the ways that people find inner-peace. Create an advertisement for a specific audience, promoting your group’s way to peace. Complete the “target audience” 1-8 (located to the left) on a separate sheet of paper. What is their gender? Education? Age? Economic status? Beliefs? (Political, religious, etc.) Based on the answers you gave above, what will be the most persuasive to them—logical appeals or emotional ones? Formal or informal language? Personal or objective descriptions?
