Synecdoche - A part stands for the whole or a whole stands for a part.
“She sets up quite a table at Thanksgiving.”
He is saying, “Father, provide us with the things we need today.”

6. Deuteronomy 8:7-18
. . . the LORD your God is bringing you into a good land—a land with streams and pools of water, with springs flowing in the valleys and hills; a land with wheat and barley, vines and fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey; a land where bread will not be scarce and you will lack nothing; a land where the rocks are iron and you can dig copper out of the hills.

7. When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the LORD your God for the good land he has given you. Be careful that you do not forget the LORD your God, Otherwise, when you eat and are satisfied, when you build fine houses and settle down, and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold increase and all you have is multiplied, then your heart will become proud and you will forget the LORD your God, You may say to yourself, "My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me." But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, . . .

8. If you want to have all the money you need…
1. Live for God and he will provide all your needs (Matthew 6:33).
2. Give and it will be given to you (Luke 6:38).
3. Ask and it will be given (Matthew 7:7-11).
4. Learn to be content with life’s necessities (1 Tim.6:6)
5. Earn an adequate income (Proverbs 6:10-11).
6. Spend less than you earn.
7. Save up for future needs.

9. James 4:1-2
What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you? You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God.

Keep on asking for something and it shall be given you For everyone who keeps on asking for something to be given, keeps on receiving.
