Solipsism is the position in Metaphysics and Epistemology that the mind is the only thing that can be known to exist and that knowledge of anything outside the mind is unjustified. You can’t prove everything exists. Your family or your friends, these things only exist in your mind. What is solipsism?
4
Solipsists Gorgias He was the first to document solipsism. He stated:
Nothing exists Even if something exists, nothing can be known about it, and Even if something could be known about it, knowledge about it can’t be communicated to others Even if it can be communicated, it cannot be understood. Solipsists
5
Descartes His method of Cartesian Skepticism led him to doubt the existence of the world he perceived, and in his famous formulation "Cogito Ergo Sum" ("I think therefore I am") he retreated to the only thing he could not doubt, his own conscious self. Solipsists
6
Berkeley He argued that physical objects do not exist independently of the mind that perceives them, and that an item truly exists only so long as it is observed (otherwise it is non-existent). Berkeley, however, further argued that there must also be an all-encompassing mind or God, so his position is not one of pure Solipsism. Solipsists

It is difficult to prove wrong the solipsists’ statements but most people reject them because they feel they’re wrong. However they are not able to give a reason why they reject solipsism. People who live in isolation for an extended period of time sooner or later they will probably suffer from what is called solipsism syndrome they will start believing that the world is nothing more than their minds’ creation Does solipsism exist?
8
Solipsism syndrome is a condition where a person believes that everything they are experiencing is a dream, is inside their head. They believe that reality is not real. They believe that others either don’t exist or that their existence can never be proven. Periods of extended isolation may lead people to this condition. Solipsism syndrome
