SCHOOL BUS FLEET ACCIDENT PROCESS
1. Check for injuries and notify dispatch immediately, dispatch will contact (911), but the employee is also encouraged to contact (911) depending on the emergency. Dispatch will call Emergency Hotline at to report accident.

2. Dispatch will notify a member of the safety team. Safety Team will responds to accident scene Safety Team will assist driver with completing the required paperwork for law enforcement reporting purposes. Safety Team will document any student injuries and notify Dispatch for further notifications.

3. When there is an employee injury: In case of minor injury report the injury to the Workers Compensation line. In case of serious injury employee will be transported to nearest hospital.

4. At the scene, safety team will take pictures and collect the other party's information via crash report.
