Molecules? (A) Vibrational spectra … No. I mostly get force constants here. (B) UV/vis spectra … No. Electronic spectra carry little direct structural information. (C) Microwave spectra … YES! Rotational constants carry bond length information! (D) Fluorescence spectra … No. Just another form of electronic spectrum.
