- Low description for how happen problem and mechanic explanation (what see mechanic) for warranty claim - Missing good pictures with explanation on warranty claim - Missing BUDS file on warranty claim (serial number / driving km / fault / regular service) - Not correct P/N on warranty CLAIM for TROUBLE PARTS or REPAIR PARTS or NOT buying this parts at SKI&SEA - No enough CASE for strange or repetitive problem with normal / good explanation / BUDS file / pictures - Late UNIT registration - you have max 5 day for add UNIT REGISTRATION on SDWA - Add UNIT registration on SDWA after 5 day -> DEBIT NOTE 100€ per UNIT - Call or send for CREDIT NOE -> CREDIT NOTE you can find on WARRANTY CLAIM if is CLAIM ACCEPTED - Some dealer not have enough MANDATORY TOOLS for UNIT which you service - Use more BOSSWEB -> KNOWLEDGE CENTER -> DOCUMENTS & ARTICLES -> a lot of information - MADE more TEST on BRPTI -> ALL must be CLOSE -> - Dealer who not finish all TEST -> close access for BOSSWEB - Better business relationships with customers who come to you for service - There is no need to give SKI&SEA phone or that the customer solves problem, which you can not solve on your own - Some CLAIM which you adding to SDWA are too old -> repair date vs when create claim (max time is 20 day after repair) - See REPAIR DATE and CREATED DATE on UNIT CLAIMS (created date was created when you change and save status to PENDING) - COMMENT ?
